All you have to do is point out that there are several cases in which the truth does not lie somewhere in the middle, but rather lies either on one side of the situation or another side of the situation. There’s no “both sides,” for instance, to 25k-50k people dying every year in the US because they can’t afford healthcare. That’s just wrong and shouldn’t be so blithely ignored. There is one correct stance on that, and it is on the side of those who correctly believe that it is a bad thing for people to be so far priced out of healthcare that they die from lack of access to it. There is, in this case, as in so many others, no legitimate “middle ground” that should be considered.
