It sounds more like one of two things might happen: either the Washington Football Team Chase Young 99 shirt moreover I will buy this person they actually want to hire is not yet available to start, or they want to see if the position is absolutely necessary. If they consider the position not necessary (because no one has been in that position for such-and-such amount of time, but the work keeps getting done), then you’ll never get the title or pay, even though you’ll be doing the work. increased pay or nothing. if you’re good with “getting comfortable” as they put it (sounds like corporate bullshit for wage theft), the demand that you get it in writing, signed, that you will get an adequate raise in a specific amount of time and not when they “feel comfortable” which could be months or years. without you they’re lost until they get someone new. you have a very special gift right now called leverage. don’t let them fool you into think they have the power here.

Also figure out what it would take to bring in a new employee from outside and train them – often $10k and up. Remind them Lol, no. Make me an offer with a title and pay increase and I’ll consider it. If your offer is no title and no pay increase, then I decline. If you say it’s either that or I lose my job, then ok you laid me off, I’ll go collect unemployment while I look for a new job. This sounds like a great opportunity to shine, but you also want to quantify the Washington Football Team Chase Young 99 shirt moreover I will buy this parameters. Suggest you assemble a one-page summary of how you’d recommend things proceed. For example; Every other week 1 hour checkpoint with Leader X who will provide feedback, coaching, training.
