In my case, I was 100% dedicated to rocking at the Washington Commanders Football Mascot 2023 Vintage shirt In addition,I will do this job and going hard to show I was right for it. That resulted in a title change and a major compensation boost once my results spoke for themselves. In the group I travel in, we believe in “dressing for the job you want.” Get the results and ask for the money later. I know it’s an unpopular opinion here, but it made me a lot of money. Bet on yourself. If you lose, as others have suggested, you’ll simply write your resume to reflect the work you were doing. Your future employer will appreciate the nuance. If they want to change your capacity, without altering your title or pay, straight up tell them that’s unacceptable. If your official job title isn’t changing, don’t accept the offer. They have nothing else you want (or at least it seems that way.) Why take more work, more responsibility for no recognition and no raise?

They aren’t your friends. They don’t care about you. You don’t owe them anything. You’re not obligated to fill in. Tell them absolutely not without the Washington Commanders Football Mascot 2023 Vintage shirt In addition,I will do this proper title and compensation. You’ve been there this long and if they are confident enough to consider giving the responsibility to you at all, then I say you’ve proven yourself already. My 2 cents is that you take the title promotion and begin looking for a lateral move with that title to a company who will pay more money. Give yourself and then a deadline, I.e., increase in salary in 6 months for doing the job, retroactively to accepting the position. This happened to me as well they had me do the job for the better half of a year until there was”no money left” just for them to do the same thing to another team member after I said I’m done. If they want to give the job they would have done so. They’re just using you while they figure out what the next move is. If they’re comfortable enough to ask you to start doing the work, then shouldn’t they also be comfortable with paying you and giving you the title? Maybe they won’t like it, but they put themselves in the position of removing the previous person without a plan. You filling the need isn’t your problem. It might end up being beneficial to you, but you’re right to think about protecting yourself. However, if putting you into the vacated position was their plan, then all the more reason they should pay you to move into the position. They knew what they were doing.
