It’s difficult in some aspects tho, because I struggle to have multiple different messages going in my head at once. I’ve been singing for a long time, but it’s almost impossible for me to count beats (like 1-and-2, 3-and-4) alongside lyrics. I can count rhythm with actual numbers when I don’t have lyrics, but I can’t seem to make the Vintage Post Malone Album Music shirt but in fact I love this two messages go in my head at the same time. So my rhythm for lyrics becomes feeling/memory based, not number based. I didn’t always used to think like this. It used to be more to myself, and more sporadic/fleeting/layered. But it’s become more and more frequent, to the point that I rarely ever talk to “myself” in my head. No idea when or why it started. But I mostly think in “noise” as well. Like I’m actually hearing the words that I’m thinking, not just seeing them or “thinking” them. It’s usually my own voice that I’m hearing, just like what I hear when I speak. It’s harder for me to do it with someone else’s voice, but I can. My thoughts are also fully pitch-able and have dynamic volumes and everything. Just like what I can do with my voice. I’m able to conjure images easily as well. I’ve loved reading my entire life, and can vividly picture scenes, but my day to day thoughts aren’t really image focused, they’re audio focused. It’s no issue for me to make images if I want them tho.

Lemme know if anyone else thinks as if they’re talking to another person lol (btw, I don’t actually hear voices, nor think I’m actually talking to someone. I don’t like brownies, but they won’t listen to me Mkay I’m reading these posts and feelin like a total weirdo now. I have an internal monologue however if I make a conscious effort I also visualize memories.
