I don’t have an internal monologue and it sounds noisy. I also can’t picture things in my mind. It’s just black. I have no idea what most other people must have going on in their minds. My mind is lovely and peaceful Most people seem to talk in their head to themselves, or just have fleeting words, but I always think as if I am talking to another person. Sort of like having a conversation in my head 24/7, but I’m primarily the Tom Ellis 23rd anniversary 2000 2023 signature shirt also I will do this one talking/explaining things. It’s like I’m always in a room with another person and vocally (in my head) explaining everything I do or what I’m feeling to them. Sometimes it’s a specific person I actually know irl, sometimes it’s not. Sometimes it’s even the internet in my head lol. This kind of thinking makes me really good at writing things like essays, and giving speeches, because the way that I think is already me explaining things to someone (I would hate being a teacher tho lol. i’d never wanna explain anything to a child lmao).
