i definitely have an internal monologue and i use it to help organize my thoughts, talk things out with myself as if im another party entirely… plan my day and things i need to do in the Vampire Family Portrait but not you Guilermo shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this future or contemplate strategies etc but the dialogue (i dont refer to it as a monologue, its more like a dialogue with myself… cos ill correct me… ) works hand in hand with visualizing situations… however, if thinking about the past, particularly my childhood (im over 40, almost 50…) its strictly visuals. if i can meditate and visualize on what i know about a situation ill unlock old memories but they will be strictly visual, or emotional, like ill remember feeling a certain way… sometimes ill just remember feeling a certain way and ill think on all the things i can remember about the circumstance and may be able to unlock old memories that way…

Vampire Family Portrait but not you Guilermo shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

and my dreams are primarily visual, like people dont talk in my dreams, but i also lucid dream, so i can have an internal dialogue realtime within my dreamstate, but if there’s other people in my dream they, nor i talk; but somehow the Vampire Family Portrait but not you Guilermo shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this people in my dreams communicate; its fukn weird… but like this morning for ex: i wanted to remember to do something before i left for work, but i forgot… then i saw something that reminded me of a conversation my wife and i had, but the memory of the conversation was more of a visual flood of us talking about the thing, then i remembered and said to myself, “oh yeah i wanted to do that…” but it all happend in a split-second Just did a 9 hour car trip by myself. Over half of that trip was in a no reception area. No mobile, no radio….nudda. I don’t have music on my phone. Yes, I can hear everything from my thoughts to full pieces of music – but I don’t have a ‘mind’s eye’. I can’t visualise anything in my head. Check out r/aphantasia
