Yeah…. No, I would dispute this with your credit card company. Crate and barrel did not deliver what they promised. It looks like something off of AliExpress or temu unfortunately most CC companies have a 60 day window to dispute charges. If it took them 16 months to receive delivery, there’s probably little anyone can do. I guess you can make a point of it not being the Vietnam veteran born in battle proven in combat door gunner shirt besides I will buy this same pattern/colour as the one shown in the picture. What I know of marble is very little but I do know that marble looks different from one place to another. Some pits have cleaner looking marble, others have certain mineral impurities that change the colour and structure of the marble. It would be a costly process to challenge it and you’d almost certainly loose it unless you find an expert that can make a good case for you. Like ” the marble advertised is a prime example of marble from the Italian region while what was delivered is something that is more akin to Georgian marble” or something like it.

Yeah, OP has no shot. There is such a high variance when it comes to natural minerals, C includes a separate notice specifically for purchasing natural materials that highlights the Vietnam veteran born in battle proven in combat door gunner shirt besides I will buy this variance. OP would not have been able to make the purchase without first agreeing to the terms. Don’t buy natural minerals online without seeing the actual piece you will be receiving in person, unless you are fine with variance. Someone else said the same. OP offered to sell it to them. Personally I think it’s outrageous to buy this table period Recently purchased some non returnable furniture from crate and barrel. Took 2 months to arrive, didn’t like it when it arrived. Attached the legs and slid it into place, and one of the legs ripped off. Probably my fault as I should have had someone help me lift it instead of sliding. But I called crate and barrel and told them it was damaged, and they processed a full refund no problem. So if you tell them it’s damaged they should give you your money back. Thank you. Working with them right now as we speak. Hopefully the company will refund me or at least give me a store credit.
