you need to push for the Tony Stark Iron Man 53rd Anniversary May 29 1970 October 17 2023 Robert Downey Jr Thank You For The Memories Shirt moreover I will buy this pay raise instantly but that wont work, offer a set amount of time for when you get that raise, say after a week. that wont work cause a weeks too little time, they might counter offer and try to low ball closer back to a week. you need to frame the first week as a training period. if you can get the raise after 3 weeks id call that a win. the most important part is to have a definitive amount of time agreed upon so they cant pull a “sryyyyyyy we just don’t think you’re ready for the raise yet but we need you to work this position. oh well :/“ Get a maximum time frame in writing. If a company won’t put it in writing then it’s not real. Especially once they change your bosses/fire them and then you report to someone else in a year.

Crush the Tony Stark Iron Man 53rd Anniversary May 29 1970 October 17 2023 Robert Downey Jr Thank You For The Memories Shirt moreover I will buy this role for 60-90 days. Title should be given to you as soon as it becomes apparent you’ll do okay in the role and won’t be demoted back; money can wait but not forever. Do not let them drag their feet on the title though; if they end up choosing not to pay you, that title gets you a better role and salary at your next gig. And if they don’t do the title they have a better excuse not to pay you. Don’t play along with that. The only reason for them not to give you the title, is if there’s still a solid chance you’ll be demoted back to your current role. As soon as it’s clear you’ll succeed at the new role, get your title. The raise will necessarily follow, either with them or at your next gig.
