Bro this is a trap. Don’t do more work unless you get paid to do more work. “When they’re comfortable” could be next year, ten years or never” more than likely everytime you ask for the Tom Brady Mvp 12 Super Bowl Champions shirt Besides,I will do this money it’ll be some other kind of excuse. Don’t fall into a trap man ur better than that. I had this happen previously, team lead always means it is a promotion and should have a salary increase. You are not the new director or manager, but you are taking on more and leading the team. Demand more money for more responsibility. Tell them that can be temporary to see how it works if that is how they feel, but don’t do it for free. Set a timeline. 3 months is reasonable with a couple of checkpoints prior to that. If it’s not working after the first month drop back down. 2nd month – same. If it’s all green lights at the first two checkpoints but a big red at the third, you’ll know you’ve been exploited and it’s time to find another job. Perhaps say you can’t agree to this without agreeing a firm contract review date and new job description. Then if you can handle the description, you can weigh it up and see if you can stretch to the role.

The Middle ground is important now. Tell them you don’t want the Tom Brady Mvp 12 Super Bowl Champions shirt Besides,I will do this salary of your boss now but expect a bump in pay to reflect the new responsibility. Also talk to them about your new workload and what old tasks you may reasign the team. If those aren’t met they want you to do it for free and run. I would reverse Uno them. Tell them that you will not take on a new role without a pay increase… But it can be for a three month trial.. If either one of you were unhappy with the role, it is made clear that you can go back to your old position. Make it clear that you know they are saving XXX amount of money by letting the previous person go… And by even giving you a small 30% increase… They are still saving 70% Otherwise, They are going to have excuse after excuse of why, after three months of stellar performance… They are still not gonna give you that raise
