Fast forward about 7 years and it was absolutely the The Evolution of Lebron James NBA Los Angeles Lakers shirt What’s more,I will buy this right choice. All of the fear I had about giving up something comfortable and familiar and prestigious was unfounded—it was like being afraid to leave a relationship bc I’d invested too much time, and being so blinded by my fear I didn’t realize a world of opportunity and untapped potential to learn new things, test the limits of my capabilities, and make more money than I ever planned to make. I’m also not driven by money. But let me tell you, as a person who didn’t grow up with money and never expected to have an abundance of it—it really makes a huge difference in quality of life. The security I feel from being able to save more, plan for retirement, spend on things I enjoy without feeling anxious and guilty, not to mention being able to help my mom out, is a quality of life change I couldn’t have imagined. It’s unlocked all kinds of life experiences for me—for example I decided to learn how to surf, which isn’t a cheap hobby, and can travel once a year to do it in different countries. I never would’ve dreamed if this if I were still in my old company making only 20-30% more than what I made 7 years ago, both because I would have less money but ALSO because I would’ve continued to be a person who feared change and disruption.

Your paycheck will stay the The Evolution of Lebron James NBA Los Angeles Lakers shirt What’s more,I will buy this same while inflation and the economy gets worse. Imagine what it’ll be like in 30 years when you’re ready to retire. Based your decision on what costs might be then, not now. That said, if it were me, knowing how expendable I am at any given company regardless of my love for them, I’d take the pay raise and learn the new skills. As much as you might not care about the money – you can just save it up for the future. And more $ cant hurt, right ? chances are that your current place might be willing to re-hire you if things dont work out ? Assuming things are going as great as you describe them The thing with $ and people is that no matter how much or little you care about them – the company will probably get rid of you the instant they have to. And when/if they do – you will realize that it is “just business” and you shouldn’t feel bad for leaving and such. Well, you want it enough that you went through 3 rounds of interviews for it so that’s a pretty sound sign. Unless you’ve seen any red flags so far, I would go for it Lol my friend kept saying the “love my coworkers they’re my best friends” bs as an excuse not to take a higher paying job and now they laid half the team off and she’s on a PIP. Business is business get your bag. I will say that the way you wrote the post, it SOUNDS like in your gut you do not want to leave your current job.
