Your Lt. Is a racist and is trying to get you mad so that you start some shit so he doesn’t have to. Don’t play into his manipulation. Let’s just say that you sue or take some action against the The Astros Walking Abbey road signatures shirt Additionally,I will love this corrections agency. Maybe the Lt. or someone else there says that it’s a race thing and you should sue. Then you do it. Best case, you get a small payout. Worst case, they apply the screws and make you miserable until you quit or end up getting disability. No matter what happens, kiss your career in corrections goodbye. Corrections and LE is the worst for these kind of claims. If you otherwise like where you are and what you do, play ball by their rules. Constantly ask the Sgt and the Lt what you can do to get promoted…even if it’s helping out whoever they see as next in line.

If for you, that’s discrimination, then I’d like to see you get stopped and harassed over a “regular” check up of your car by the police. (No, I won’t wish you to get killed for non-compliance over their harassment, cause then you won’t get the chance to learn from the experience.) Or passed over every promotions for dubious reasons. Or, you know, find out what real discrimination is about.
