My android will complain to no end because the system takes a big chunk and constantly growing apps like a browser and system apps keep getting bigger. I stopped updating the apps because the updating process requires space itself. My other phone with 32GB on the other hand.. no problem. Will chug on with minor lag and battery degradation.

My iPhone 7 Plus (purchased in January 2018) is still going strong. The battery life is trash though, but if I got that replaced, I’m sure it would feel brand new. The Pro is even better from a hardware perspective but software is still too unreliable to daily drive as a phone. With more work I definitely see Linux phones being the ideal long life phone. I still have an S9 (until my upgrade arrives, at least.) If it weren’t for the security updates being shut down I’d keep using it; the battery is starting to get a bit iffy, but the rest of the phone is fine.
