If guest has an issue they take it up with Airbnb, Airbnb has the Sophia Petrillo Fictional Character TV Series T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this right to final decision. If a guest gets injured they submit a claim with Airbnb who forwards it to an insurance adjuster. The decision and payout stems from Airbnb and their insurance adjuster, the host and their insurance doesn’t get involved. Now of course the guest could attempt to claim that but I would tell them their avenue is via Airbnb. Insurance adjusters are not arbiters of liability and airbnb can decide only for airbnb, which is like saying, “I’m always right forevermore,” it doesn’t mean a lot. The case I’m dealing with it appears legally innept people work in the claims department. Guest could attempt to claim what where?

Sophia Petrillo Fictional Character TV Series T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Airbnb does act like they are right forevermore and if you disagree they will remove you from their platform. Airbnb terms of service have an arbitration clause to prevent endless lawsuits. Are you a guest or host and what are you trying to do? I’m both, a guest and a host but for this particular matter, the Sophia Petrillo Fictional Character TV Series T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this issue I’m dealing with is a washer malfunction that was used by the guest and it flooded the place. It was clearly an issue with maintenance of the washer but the host is trying to get money from the guest to replace the floors. It’s obviously a washer problem and it was used inconsistently or anything of the such. Trying to get airbnb to see the logic that just because a washer malfunctioned when a guest was there, it doesn’t mean it’s the guests fault but they seem dimwitted and found for the host. Appeal is possible but there isn’t much else to be said, it’s just a poor application of reasoning by airbnb. Don’t care about being kicked off the platform, it’s the reporting to a collection agency that could negatively affect credit, loans, etc. That’s the problem.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
