I’m tired of tipping. We shouldn’t have to supplement their income. Their employers should pay them. 20% is a lot. Just my personal opinion. If you get paid at least minimum wage, and you’re not in an artisan job (haircuts and tattoos type stuff), you’re not getting tipped. You work I. The kitchen? I’m sorry you don’t like your job, but you don’t get tipped. Thanks. Europe doesn’t even tip, right? Like, I went to France during college and my French prof was like, “You don’t tip in Europe, it’s offensive.” If they tip the Son my heart is full of memories with pride speak your name miss and love butterflies shirt moreover I will buy this delivery driver(me) for picking up my own order, then I will tip back for bagging it and we will break even. FOH with that bullshit. Tipping rules easy: if I stay to eat and y’all bring my food or clean up after, I’ll tip 20%, if not then 0. It’s that simple

That’s why whenever they give u the Son my heart is full of memories with pride speak your name miss and love butterflies shirt moreover I will buy this option not to tip, and you feel as they have done nothing to deserve said tip, you choose the no tip option and look them dead in the eye then leave, If it’s on a tablet or other electronic device. If not then take ur stuff and dip. I served tables for over 10 years and to-go orders are the absolute worst precisely because nobody tips!!! The to-go orders pull you away from the customers who are actually going to tip you, and they always come in during the busiest part of the night when you’re spammed and in the weeds. At the restaraunt I worked at the servers had to make their customers’ salads, we had to toast and wrap the garlic bread, and then we had to package the to-go orders when they were ready, so it would take 5-10 minutes out of the night for each to-go order and for absolutely nothing because nobody ever tipped!!! Even worse, the manager would ring up the bill under your name in the PO system, and we had to tip out the bus boys based on our sales recorded in the PO, not based on our earned tips, so if the to-go order didn’t leave a tip it would literally COST me money to take and prepare the order. It honestly sucked balls.
