One of the Seattle Kraken Authentic Pro Primary Replen Shirt What’s more,I will buy this other guys felt threatened and went crying to the manager, made up some BS and the manager bought it, because the cry baby has been working there for 8 months and the manager trusts him more then he trusts you… it happens all the time, move on, you don’t wanna be working around people that are just dying to backstab you… Now as a barista Im capable of serving coffee which is of higher standard than most of the others working there, Also, this whole industry takes itself so incredibly serious and I was in a barista circle years ago. The drama and pseudo-intellectual drama was incredible and perhaps this comes from that in ways too convoluted and complicated to be worth trying to understand. Assuming you’re in America, I heard that employers have the right to fire workers for no discernable reason whatsoever. I would not think much about it if I were you.

I was also fired once as a barista. They said I didn’t smile enough when I asked for a reason HAHA. Fast forward 5 years now making a lot more money where I have never received this comment Learn what? The cold drinks unique to the Seattle Kraken Authentic Pro Primary Replen Shirt What’s more,I will buy this cafe which the ingredients aren’t provided for? They probably came to the realization that you were way overqualified to work there and didn’t want you to be pesky and demand what you are worth. They did you a favor by releasing you from that dump before you got emotionally invested. Lots of other coffee shops out there. but but “nobody wants to work!” smdh. You’re better off OP. Your take away is that a dumb decision from a shitty manager probably just saved you a hellish work experience. 140 more repliesMake sure you get paid for the time worked and move on to the next, hopefully it wasn’t them trying to fill their busiest shift with free, blamable labor I’ve noticed as well the lack of training given, along with high ass expectations, in my second (overnight grocery) job. It’s ridiculous af Honestly, you were probably too good for the position. Most employers want people who are just stupid enough to complete the job and not smart enough to understand when they’re being taken advantage of or treated poorly. You said yourself you qualifications make you more well adapted to the position than all your coworkers. You’ll quickly outpace all of them and want more money etc. Managers are not smart people. This is how they think.
