How does a place expect you to know their specific drinks on your first day (or even just after a few)? It sounds like an exhausting place to work, and I hope you find somewhere else that will appreciate you. you were probably too good and made all the Shake N Bake TB Football Shirt but in fact I love this other employees look bad or made him/her look bad and they don’t want you to take their job. Or maybe you smell. who knows? Grain of salt on this….400 customers in three hours is a minimum 2.2 drinks per minute if they are only ordering for themselves. This ain’t adding up. I went to a workplace before (small family owned place) that thought I should know every detail about how their business process worked just because I was in college lol. There’s a lot of stupid in this world. The issue wasn’t you, move on.

Shake N Bake TB Football Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Consider yourself lucky you got out of someone that would let you go when you did alright first day without training. You don’t want to work for this type of company. Lucky lucky move on to better manager and company If you’re let go for something so ambiguous, particularly in regards to managements expectations, etc. Consider it a blessing it happened on Day 1 as it was probably going to happen at somepoint either way. Better on Day 1 than Day 500. The fault is with the Shake N Bake TB Football Shirt but in fact I love this manager, not you. If you don’t train people well (or at all), you can’t expect them to do their job well. Forget about this bullshit one day job and find a better one for yourself elsewhere. As a fairly decent boss of mine once said: “OSUNightfall, the thing about business is there are assholes all over.” This was in reference to my previous hellish workplace.
