If the Santa Snoopy and Woodstock pizza Papa John’s christmas spirit shirt in addition I really love this company is structured so that the hiring manager is actually someone you’d directly work with in some way, then you likely dodged a red flag. I would have done exactly what you did. But everyone has different aspects of a job that are most important to them. To me one of the most important aspects of where I work is who I work for and who I work with. It has to be a manager where we can have a reasonable professional relationship, and I have to feel like the entire group(manager + co-workers) are in this together, supporting each other and having each other’s backs. I know that’s a lot to ask, and privilege to get, but I’ve been blessed with that in all of my roles at multiple companies over the years. And I will tell you that no matter what the company, market or external factors throw at you, it makes all the difference in the world, or at least it does for me.

Santa Snoopy and Woodstock pizza Papa John’s christmas spirit shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Happened to me. I gave the Santa Snoopy and Woodstock pizza Papa John’s christmas spirit shirt in addition I really love this job a week to try it. Manager was an ass to me the entire time and played favorites. And then some upper management was walked out during my hiring week. Turnover of the ED, too. I took the hint and booked it real quick. Good thing, too. They rehired someone for that position I left and a few weeks later fired my friend who worked the same department and was the one referring me. They lied about her not getting permission for time off, which was always approved. But lo and behold, no paperwork on it. i took a job last year that paid about $117k/yr. i didnt want to but i was hurting for money. not long after, i got a huge payday from another business i run and my car got totalled out – another 8k in my pocket. then i was doing just fime. i ended up getting fired from that company due to disagreement and now, thats all over my record and its 100% hurting me now. long story short, not all money is good money. it was bad money in disguise. i should have held out like i said i was going to do and waiting for the right fit. even their HR couldnt keep things confidential and would narc on me. If it means anything at all i interviewed for a pretty known electronic company recently and felt the hiring manager was a bit…brash. Like they were very direct and honestly more on the rude side then anything else.
