You never know how much contact you have with the hiring manager. It could have been very little to none. Go with your gut. I accepted a job recently and was very apprehensive about the hiring manager and I absolutely regret taking the job. I am sorry you’re feeling regret but if you don’t like your manager, it doesn’t matter how good the Santa Snitches Get Stitches Elf Xmas 2023 Shirt In addition,I will do this actual job is, you’re probably going to hate it. If you’re getting red flags before you’re even hired, then you were smart to walk away. An unsupportive supervisor can make or break your job experience I wish that I could decline a job offer. I probably would have accepted it because the offers are few and far between for me. I just failed help from a job help agency yesterday because my layoff wasn’t big enough to have an article about it. Lol. Id say it depends on how this hiring manager actually is within the company. I work at a very large company and the hiring managers only job is hiring new people. Once you’re hired, you never deal with them ever again. They’re not in anyway in your chain of command or even in the same office as you. So if the company is like that, then you possibly made a bad choice. But we also do onsight interviews and explicitly let candidates meet actual supervisors they would work with so they get a better feel for who they’ll actually be interacting with.
