Taken together this has led many people to come to the Santa Grinch And Dog Notre Dame Fighting Irish Helmet Merry Christmas shirt Also,I will get this conclusion that Centrist politics is endless poor compromises without a real value system behind it and that it’s led to both a cultural and national impoverishment as well as an economic malaise. Partisans often generally see actual centrists as either secretly working for the other side or at least useful idiots, regardless of if that’s true or not. “You’re with us or against us” stuff. A lot of people who claim to be centrists aren’t considered centrists by the good majority of political observers. Centrism can be self-serving cynical way to seize political power, by adopting whatever political beliefs are most popular and acceptable rather than what you actually believe.

Centrist beliefs can sometimes be WORSE than adopting one extreme or the Santa Grinch And Dog Notre Dame Fighting Irish Helmet Merry Christmas shirt Also,I will get this other. There might be two “pure” viewpoints and people might argue one is better than the other, whereas a “middle” option can just be bad. Sometimes the right decision is to do something that will piss off half of people while pleasing the other half. I’m dumping on centrism here, but the real benefits are the ability to serve a broad cross-section of the populace with “Big tent” ideals, and pragmatic “take the best ideas from both sides” and “Do what works, not what ideology says” sort of notions. At the end of the day, in most elections, Centrists carry the day. Because if your stance is always “well im in the middle, i pick no side” youre gonna be ok with a little bit of genocide and war. One side wants no war, the other wants war, placing yourself in the middle means letting the defending side be killed and not interfering with the attacker because that would be picking a side. Because an increasing number of control freaks (people who think they have the right to tell you how to live, even when it has no legitimate effect on them) on both sides live among us, and they have the biggest mouths.
