A lot of people stay living with family or in-house shares much later into life. Or having gotten a house back when they were cheaper. Move out of a city and into a low cost of living area. I bought a house for $95,000 in February of this year. 3 bed 2 bathroom. After our bills, we have a little over $2,000 a month we can either put into savings, or deduct some of it out for leisure. The problem is that most of the San Francisco 49ers Christian McCaffrey shirt besides I will buy this jobs are in the city. My family was only recently able to move out of the city. In the city, we were working 100 between the two of us and barely making ends meet. It took 6 years to find something out of the city or something that would make the commute with worth it It takes a special combination of finding a niche industry in a low cost of living area for this to work. Otherwise your savings are just offset by the paycut you take by moving there. Cities are expensive because there’s more high paying jobs to support those high costs. Damn. I just checked my province. Finding a house for 95k would be driving hours into the boonies. Even our biggest shithole towns have an average price of about 500k. Yeah here in Texas just the land sells for more than that if you are anywhere within 2 hours of a city. You have to basically go start your own town to get something that cheap. Yes, cutting back is painful with the wrong philosophy, and even with the right philosophy sometimes. But you decide your goals and how hard you want to work to obtain them.

I have maybe 2000$ worth of alcohol in my home bar… Most of the San Francisco 49ers Christian McCaffrey shirt besides I will buy this bottles I got as gifts and never opened. But sometimes the only way to go to sleep is to get smashed so hard the anxiety goes away. I wear coveralls to work. My most expensive clothes are jeans from Old Navy. I could go thrifting but most of those clothes already have half the life washed out of them. I mean you can tell people to get more and more frugal up until they’re eating cat and dog food, and I’ve seen the elderly do that, but that’s not a standard of living a country should be okay with their citizens having. Thanks for your first sentence, I loled. So funny. Same china phone. Imagine if that was an actual brand – SAMECHINA
