Your partner will be madder at you than your boss. And you’ll be sad. He’ll be sad. Seems like your boss will suck in either scenario. I would laugh at him and say no. What you do is tell your boss in no uncertain terms you have spent money on this vacation and if he wants you to cancel he will need to reimburse the Premium terrapin Crossroads August 27th 2023 Stafford Lake Park Novato CA Poster Shirt also I will do this cost of the entire trip for you and your partner. Except there’s no money that can reimburse lost time (especially with a loved one). Relationships with people are by far more important than the work. In your death bed you definitely will not say “oh I hope I would’ve taken that work project”, you will say “I wish I had spent more time with the people I love”. Time is the most valuable thing we have because it can’t ve replaced. Your boss might seem like a great person to you, but he’s definitely not a great boss for pulling this on you. You need to consider what’s more important to you- your personal relationships and self nourishment, or another company’s profits and mismanagement. If you don’t prioritize yourself then who will?

You boss is telling you that you are essential to the Premium terrapin Crossroads August 27th 2023 Stafford Lake Park Novato CA Poster Shirt also I will do this business. He can wait till you get back your holiday, simple as. It’s obvious he can’t fire you as he needs you. A bonus is that they will most likely get unemployment as well. For a lot of states, “gross misconduct” has to be proven to not get it and taking a vacation that was approved 10 months ago would not fall under that category. When looking at it plainly it’s actually insane that we’ve been conditioned to think that it’s acceptable for employers to tell us what we can do with our lives and when lmao Im sorry but “ASKING” for a vacation is bullshit. You people act like these companies own you. STAND UP FOR YOURSELF AND STOP TAKING THIER SHIT OR IT WILL CONTINUE.
