Honestly, the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs Fanatics Branded Super Bowl Lviii Mvp Shirt Additionally,I will love this argument “she needs to feed her family” is not a good one. If she struggles, maybe you’re not paying her enough in general. She shouldn’t have to depend pn additional gifts and you’re coming across as a little self-righteous here… In many countries it’s standard for employers to pay an addition month or two’s salary in December, called the 13th or 14th month pay. It’s not a far-fetched idea. If his parents could afford cleaners for 40 years he should be able to afford a 15€ gift. Then that’s the fail. I have a late teen. They have worked service jobs and give their friends shit if they don’t too well. They know how to pay for a haircut and tip. And they still live at home. These people turned a grown ass adult out into the world who doesn’t know how to pay service workers appropriately. Therein lies the fail.

I’ve always paid my cleaning person double at Xmas – I hate getting shitty little ‘better get so-and-so a gift’ gifts myself so refuse to do that to others. I just give them double the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs Fanatics Branded Super Bowl Lviii Mvp Shirt Additionally,I will love this cash in a nice holiday card with a nice comment and I hope they enjoy it as much as I imagine I would. I don’t pay double but I do give extra cash. I pay $150 every two weeks for cleaning, and at Christmas I give an extra $100. They treat us very well. I’ve had the same house cleaner for a couple years now and she gets a bonus twice a year – her birthday and Christmas. If you want to pay your house cleaner double, that’s fine, but you can’t force your roommate to do the same. If your house cleaner is struggling, you might want to think about paying more
