There’s always the Original ryan Adams and the Cardinals Waterbury Ct August 5 2023 Poster Shirt also I will do this spiel of “oh but you can’t we’re busy that time and we need you to come in” To which my only reply is that im simply not in the city at that time me will be completely unavailable. They’ve tried phoning on my days off but can’t anymore since my previous phone got stolen at work so I decided that I never got a new phone because I can’t afford it. (obviously I have a phone but as far as they’re concerned im still paying off my stolen one and won’t get a new one till that happens) I’m going through this with my new boss right now and I already told him that I wasn’t asking for permission as it was already approved by my previous boss and HR and that I was just giving him the heads up I will be out of state that week. Honestly, I would inform your boss that you aren’t asking. You are reminding them of plans made nearly a year in advance, to allow them time to prepare for your absence with a more solid set of employees in mind.

My friend had a boss that said if the Original ryan Adams and the Cardinals Waterbury Ct August 5 2023 Poster Shirt also I will do this company can’t survive with him gone for a week then they need to pay him more. I sent this to my husband because his job is like this. He had surgery on a Monday and work had to contact him on Wednesday. Then, last week, I had to help read emails, send emails, read and write texts when he had eye surgery and couldn’t see. I don’t agree with this. My company has a vacation blackout period where very extenuating circumstances are required to have vacation approved. Our busy season is from June to November, peaking in October-November. Vacation is capped at 1 week in May/June, 2 weeks in July/August, 1 week in September, and ‘please don’t ask’ for October and the first 2 weeks of November. With those circumstances it seems really legit and understandable. Most important is that everyone understands the expectations in advance.
