A substantial portion of people genuinely wanted to (and still want to) defund/abolish the Official macho Man nWo Randy Savage Forever Savage Card T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this police. Others are now walking back that position as it’s become politically unpalatable. Pretending they had “no idea” defund the police would be interpreted as defund the police shows either serious dishonesty or incredible incompetence. That’s not to say there aren’t genuine reformists who want to make sound changes, just that you aren’t crazy for thinking defund the police means defund the police and not some 300 page academic article on “redirecting community resources to holistic intersectional identity affirming injection sites.” It has to fit on a sign or else conservatives forget the first part of the sentence before they get to the end. The complicit media knows this and they support cops protecting capital so they played along to make sure there is no police reform nor any chance of any progressive changes. That is capitalism, they are legally required to do so.

Official macho Man nWo Randy Savage Forever Savage Card T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

It’s an extremely common tactic for many things. Start from an extreme, somewhat unpalatable position and then when there’s pushback you can “compromise” with the Official macho Man nWo Randy Savage Forever Savage Card T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this other side to get to a new position that is way less extreme but closer to the actual goals you were hoping for. It happens a ton in creative business solutions, where you present three options to your boss for approval; the one you want, and then two others that are extremely far away from the “middle”. Also, the current system that we refer to as “the police” does basically need to be completely destroyed BUT replaced by something that fills the actual role we expect police to, but without all the terrible shit that is allowed to happen currently. So yes, it is possible to both want to defund the police but also not just crave like, mad max anarchy or whatever you think these people wanted. It’s also like, trivial to just ask someone what they mean when they say that phrase, because they will happily explain the nuance and details that don’t fit on handheld signs.
