Yeah somethings seems odd about this story. If you are that good why would they get fired that fast? OP wasn’t able to find a job for a year being that good either. Maybe they are not a team player and is better working individually which doesn’t work in that type of work. I worked as a barista for 5 1/2 years and knew damn well I wasn’t one of the No One Likes Us We Don’t Care Philadelphia Eagles Shirt Besides,I will do this best. Myself and my coworkers all brought our own to the store we worked at and had our customers. Anyone after barely a day say they are better than any of the others is a massive red flag. Perhaps the manager saw how your interacted with your coworkers and felt that you weren’t going to be a positive member of the team. They may have been wrong…or you may have a different view of your actions/body language, etc. than what others were perceiving.A lack of training is worrisome unless you told them in your resume or otherwise that you didn’t need it. I assume you knew their menu when you applied or went for the interview/trial shift. Always solicit feedback. Ask what they suggest would be an improvement for your next job. Take the feedback without complaint.

If you think you’re the No One Likes Us We Don’t Care Philadelphia Eagles Shirt Besides,I will do this best in the room based on your opinion, you’re probably not. If you express that thought in any way, shape, or form, it tells your employer more than enough. Ofcourse im not expressing it, im doing everything to form good relationships with my co-workers, its my first day A manager letting you go after 3hrs of professed decent work (0 complaints) is ludicrous and sounds fishy. Fishy as in that would be dumb in a climate where retail is desperate for workers, you’re on the schedule for the full week thus now others will have to compensate for a manager to pass on willing workers so easily. What part of your appearance, your performance, customer demeanor, ability to work with teammates, etc are you glossing over? Today I showed up for my first and had an incredibly busy shift, with a fairly incompetent coworker who was coasting his way through work
