Well it’s not as simple as it seems. If Dolphin does not use any of Nintendo’s code to emulate their software, then Nintendo doesn’t have a case here. If they keep trying to kill all these fan projects all in the name of getting a few more $5 purchases, I’ll just stop buying their stuff all together. Nintendo should maybe stop wasting their money on their legal team and pay their developers to build the Switch 2 since their console is seriously outdated.
