Immigration scans face recognition and fingertips when you get into the Michigan Detroit Vintage T-Shirt and I love this us by plane. So you are telling me they are not allowed to do that?? A camera in cops’ ubiquitous sunglasses, linked to the car via local area network (Bluetooth/wifi), the live feed relayed to “HQ” where it is AI-processed to lift and cross-reference facial and other data. Going forward, I’d call that an inevitability, for Law Enforcement and, if you want to be really alarmed, against public feeds too; there are entirely legal frameworks already for allowing such processing of ephemeral, non-retained, data. People also have the legal right to record a police officer with their own phone which, in some cases, could deter police from crossing the line into scanning your face.
