In the Manchester City 17 Games Unbeaten In Europe Shirt Besides,I will do this end, I thankfully didn’t get the offer, as it would have put me in your position. I was already stressing about getting it, as I just felt it wasn’t right, but I knew that once I’d see the dollars it would have been hard to say no. At my job, after we interview someone, the interview panel fills out an evaluation, and one of the boxes is “would be a good cultural fit for our company”. It’s code for “do we think this person is an asshole”? Get that box checked by all three panelists or don’t get hired. Nobody wants to work with an asshole. How would you feel being trapped in a box for 40 hours a week with a person who has direct control over your salary? If you found them rude during the interview stages I do not think that would get better. Most of the company culture is going to come directly from the people you report to.

I have had amazing bosses in my time that I loved working with, that helped me through tough times, and other’s that were so terrible I barely lasted and was miserable even when I left the Manchester City 17 Games Unbeaten In Europe Shirt Besides,I will do this job. If you have any other questions about Getting Hired or Recruiting/Talent Acquisition feel free to summon me back from the Depths of Corporate Hell. I’ve said this in another thread but all money isn’t good money. You were probably right to decline. A bad manager can make the greatest job shitty. I’ve been in a situation where I accepted a job despite the red flags and I was miserable. Started applying for jobs within the first week. If the hiring manager was the direct supervisor, I also would have declined. I recently took a job where I didn’t like the hiring manager but I rarely interact with them and they are not my supervisor
