Thankfully the Michigan State Spartans Grateful Dead Ugly Christmas Shirt In addition,I will do this guy being interviewed was there for 3 hours and us staff were giving him hand signals to just book it. He got the message and chuckle but true to form she didn’t catch on to the social cues. Heard he declined the role later. It paid like $65k usd. Huge red flag if you have to sit there for that long already. Long hours (exempt so no OT pay). Naturally the bonuses were at most $500 quarterly even though she’d always talk them up as making up for the extra hours. Unless you have a specific reason then I wouldn’t regret it quite so much. May have saved yourself a lot troubles Don’t regret it. I’ve gone into jobs like that for the pay/opportunity and it was the wrong decision. When your manager is a toxic pos, it takes a huge toll on you. You can’t even enjoy all the money you’re making. The mental benefit of $ wears off fast. As a manager (and even for myself), people get used to the extra $ and take them for granted in a few months, though “life changing “ raises would be an exception. Having said that, there are some managers that no amount of money (short of putting a roof over my family’s head) who are worth working for. Unless that is your financial situation, you did the right thing.

I went through this around a year ago, and I accepted the Michigan State Spartans Grateful Dead Ugly Christmas Shirt In addition,I will do this offer. I had a feeling I wouldn’t get along with the hiring manager, and I was right. Now, I feel trapped in a role that has been steadily contributing to my declining mental health. I wish so badly that I had listened to my gut. It sounds like you would have regrets no matter what you did. You made your choice based on the best information you had at the time, so what’s to regret? Maybe you should have written down your reasons and reasoning, then you could look at it, and see if there was a flaw in your reasoning. If you learned something after the fact, then why regret it? You couldn’t have decided based on something you didn’t know. As a principle; Own your decisions and actions. The good, the bad and the ugly!! Imho, good decision to decline. Starting a position where you dont get along with the person who is supoosed to be ‘leading you’ in your day-to-day activity is a catastrophy in the making.
