Not sure – I think because the Majestic 2024 Dragon Lunar New Year Celebration T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this pay system was automated the extra hour wasn’t ‘seen’ by the software or something? Sadly they work the extra hour but yes they do get paid. My fiancé is a nurse and she luckily didn’t have to work it this year but did the last couple years. For her, the big deal isn’t even so much working an extra hour but adjusting all the schedules of her patients (nicu nurse) so that the babies don’t have to just wait an extra hour for food/care I was fortunate that every facility at which I worked always paid the extra hour in the fall, and did not deduct an hour in the spring. We work the extra hour (traindriver/engineer). When we set the clock forward an hour we dont loose an hours worth of pay. Evens out over the years.

You work the extra hour and get paid it. If you’re not getting paid that extra hour take it up with the labor board or similar. Also my company is nice and on the flip side when the clocks skip ahead they also have us put in a full night’s shift so people still get paid for 12 even though they worked 11
