It’s important to just take that view. If the Luke Legend American Flag Music shirt Also,I will get this person you’d work for is terrible, the job would be terrible and not worth it. Now you can keep looking for another role and use the offer letter for your next choice/chance. I just quit the first job of my career over stress and the truly hostile behaviors of the two bosses who hired me. In retrospect I realize I didn’t get a positive vibe from either one. In fact, one of them was pretty uninterested and dismissive, on top of asking things about the role that showed he clearly didn’t know what he was interviewing me for. This one was very short tempered in meetings and emails beyond reason. It really depends on where you are in life financially. Not everyone can afford to decline a job offer unfortunately. If you didn’t have to talk to the hiring manager again after you got hired then that was a mistake. If he would be your new boss or someone you had to work with/for frequently then you made the right decision There are so many opportunities out there, don’t worry about the past because you can’t change it. I’m sure if you keep applying you’ll find a job that has amazing people and great benefits that is better than the previous one you declined. Just stay positive and motivated and it’ll all work out in the end :snoo: Not getting along with your direct manager can have major impact on your life at the company. On the other hand, you did received a job offer, which shows the manager was willing to work with you and thought you are capable of doing it. Do you mind sharing why/how you didn’t get along with the manager? It might be worth reaching out to someone else in the company politely and asking if there are different options available. Who knows, this guy might be on his way out with his bad attitude… I went through this just recently. The hiring manager wasn’t great and her and her manager were both saying different things. The job also changed from what was listed, plus they kept adding things to it too.
