Seems like a them problem. Be prepared for them to come chasing, but as it’s their fault, I wouldn’t say a thing. Just try to never call them about anything otherwise the Loki Miss Minutes’ Merry Christmas shirt Also,I will get this second someone takes a look at this account they’re gonna be looking to ‘rectify’ this. Tbh, after working at Vodafone and knowing what they’re like, I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t charge you for the months they’ve billed you incorrectly as again, it’s not your fault. It’s like council tax, they don’t care if you’re overpaying and take your money, so why not clean out EE until the cows come home if they don’t know you’re being charged incorrectly. Just make sure to be able to pay back the costs in future if they try to charge you back I’d also pretend to be ignorant if this ever comes up. Like; oh, i thought it was part of a multi purchase / group discount. I wondered why it was different to what i expected but I figured you knew what you were doing. Anyway, mistakes happen, here is the rest of my outstanding balance

Loki Miss Minutes’ Merry Christmas shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Same thing with my BT broadband after issues with my EE bt sport account, I’ve not been charged for 6 months for Wi-Fi for what should be £50 a month. I’ve set aside the Loki Miss Minutes’ Merry Christmas shirt Also,I will get this money but I’m keeping quiet – like others have said, it’s their fault, so I’d wait to see if/when they correct it. I got a 24 month contract with EE half price because they forgot to specify it was only supposed to be 3 months half off. Anything is possible. I worked for EE in the call centre around 4 years ago, there isn’t enough manpower to check each and everyone’s accounts just to make sure discounts are correct, unless you call with an issue, you won’t be caught, and if you are caught, all theyl do is remove the discount and put it to how it should be, also I do believe (or it used to be this way) once your account has so much in credit, the system does an auto refund to the payment method you setup, so you may end up with some actual money in your bank, I had a few calls of people querying this payment and because they called about it it I had to flag the account for incorrect discount, but even then they got to keep the payment and we just removed the discount socs from their account.
