Say nothing, they’re charging you wrong and it’s their responsibility to ensure they are charging customers correctly. I have a feeling it’s like this due to it maybe coming as refunded from your previous contract but don’t hold me on that. Sometimes I’ve upgraded my phone and it’s either more expensive or refunded the previous month/weeks because I was ahead in payments to keep me updated on nee They messed up my mother’s mobile bill and were not taking the payment each month. We only realised 3 months later when the account got automatically shut down and blacklisted on their system, meaning that every time they tried to reopen it, it was just automatically closed again. I spent probably about 60 hours talking to different unhelpful customer service staff who were just following a script until eventually they resolved it after I started asking for a deadlock letter and telling them I’ll be taking it to the Ombudsman. If you’re actually paying something, I doubt they’d even notice, but be prepared for them to shut down your plan out of nowhere instead of reaching out and trying to resolve it, so you may end up losing your mobile number.

From my point of view you should follow your bill as that’s what they have provided. From a legal view they will have some sort of way to correct it (if they notice). I had a similar thing with a different provider. Signed up for and was receiving a fast broadband speed, but they accidentally charged me for a lesser one (half the price). Had it for a year. Noticed a couple of months ago but then they emailed me saying they’d noticed their mistake and would change to the correct price. And they said that as it was their mistake, there was no need to pay anything. I had O2 fuck up years ago. Basically they didn’t charge me for internet. I had a bolt-on or WTF they called them back then so thought nothing of it. Just thought my usage was included. Then they realised and hit me for it all in one months bill. Yeah it was in the small print if they fuck up they can recoup it all when they realise.
