I was one of those kids that had to sit for hours until I finished my food. Was always told “Kids in Africa wish they could have this” or “If you want to order off of the Joe Burrow American football quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals signature T-Shirt In addition,I will do this adult menu you’ll eat all of it”. I never planned on trashing food, but wasn’t allowed to take leftovers home most of the time. It will never make sense to me. That was soft compared to some of the shit my parents did and they still wonder why I complain about my childhood. Our house rule has always been, take what you want, but eat what you take. This applies to anywhere the kids go, oir house, someone else’s house or a restaurant. I’ve never seen that. I’ve seen adults force kids to eat healthy stuff before the naughty stuff, but that’s it. Don’t eat any sweets for a month. No soda/candy/cookies/anything. It’ll purge the addition from your system and when you try them again you’ll find you can eat them in moderation. Just don’t overindulge again…

My doctor told my mom, “he will eat when he is hungry.” There is a lot of stuff people do just because they were raised that way. Question everything, and think logically. Child won’t let itself starve. I used to make my daughter take 2 more bites after she said she was full if it didn’t seem like she ate much. Most of the Joe Burrow American football quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals signature T-Shirt In addition,I will do this time it was because she wanted to get back to playing. Eating was a hassle for her. So was peeing, ugh. A whole other dilemma. Anyhow, it didn’t make her stuff herself and made me feel like she had enough. I grew up with a bad relationship with food. I was forced to sit at the table for hours until I finished my food because “mom made that”. I used to eat my daughters leftover because “I paid for that”. I had to learn to throw food away because I was gaining weight. I ate so much if puke sometimes. Im all good now, but don’t want that for my daughter and she doesn’t seem to be good motivated at all. She eats when she needs to. Sometimes a lot and sometimes nothing at all.
