Since you know, you don’t want to do this gig long term, it’s probably in your best interest to move on now. The entire thing reeks of negging to break you down, make you feel like you need him and the opportunity. This is a classic ‘I have assets and capital and I’m a job creator, be grateful’ schtick. Expect his rude, handsy behavior to escalate (probably quickly). He is exhibiting signs that indicate that he thinks of you as his property. If you are not careful, harassment will turn into assault. Shut that shit down ASAP. Quit if you have to. Sounds like he is very creepy. Watch your back, keep your ears open and put your glasses back on. Next time he tries to harass you tell him to stop. You know he is the owner but he has no right to treat you like a child.
