Thank you for extending the I Love My Lagotto Romagnolo Retro T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this job offer for the position of [Position] at [Company Name]. After careful consideration, I’ve determined that I must decline the offer. I appreciate the time and effort invested by both yourself and the team throughout the interview process. I also genuinely enjoyed learning more about [Company Name], however, the offered salary does not align with my expectations and the value I bring to the role. If you really like the company, you can frame the letter as a counteroffer (I’d love to join but the minimum compensation I am willing to accept is XX), rather than just giving them the finger. Then post an honest take on your expereince on Glassdoor. No need to be rude or to exaggerate… Just state the facts of the situation and let future candidates decide based on it.

The recruiter might know the I Love My Lagotto Romagnolo Retro T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this game, or might be decently pissed too. That’s 30% less commission for them and if they aren’t a hack job they probably don’t want to work with such companies Yeah I emailed the recruiter and he said he’ll speak to them and that he understands my frustration. The meeting is set up next week between him and HR. I’d presume he’d have a written job description, including minimum compensation. Sounds like they might have gone against that, to screw the recruiter then. Fuck this. This is the exact behavior that enables their bad unethical behavior. Call them out, be blunt, tell them they should be ashamed of themselves for wasting your time and you’ll be sure to warn everyone you know in the industry to stay away from their company.
