In Europe depending on the I am a simple woman like boating wine flower shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this country and collective agreement you can have anywhere from 2weeks (common for simpler jobs) to 3 months ( management or high specialization). In European countries both parties have to provide a minimum amount of time that they have to work, depending on how long the person has been working there. 4 weeks here is pretty reasonable. Maybe in some european countries. Not mine, here you can leave with no notice at all, because a work must be at least a little different from slavery. I’m fully confident in saying that work is far more akin to slavery in the Americas, despite their “no notice” policy in regard to work. I’ll take the 4 week notice if it means I get access to the strong social policies of my country.

Well how dare you use the I am a simple woman like boating wine flower shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this word social around us freedom lovin ‘muricans! We gots the freedom to go into debt, to get paid poorly, to be exploited by companies. And what do you have? Just a reasonable government that functions and at makes life more fair for everyone. Through SOCIALISM! That’s the worst word in the world! Maybe someday I’ll know why! But for now fox news told me and that’s good enough for me. Nah, our government tries to enslave us just as much as American ones. It’s just a lot harder to take something away that is very popular and will end the political career of whomever manages to pull it through law. Having to give notice is due to strong labour laws. The companies have to give you a gracing period so you can be eased out and have time to look for work. You can’t just be fired like that. This also means you give companies time so they can find a suitable replacement so the company doesn’t collapse, as often seems to happen in the stories in this subreddit.
