Yep, I’m usually the Here Come The Mummies September 9, 2023 Boulder, CO Event Poster shirt What’s more,I will buy this most done up too of my friends. The most anyone would wear makeup is a bit of eyeliner like at the very ends of their eyes. And I used to be jealous that they had good skin and they looked fine without whereas I felt like I looked sick, tired, or a child lol. But I love makeup and I’m the loudest personality of all of them so it just goes with my look too I guess. And it’s an expression of how I feel that day so for me, it’s like an art form I get to show others. I wouldn’t feel jealous, especially if you love doing your makeup and looking good. At the end of the day, makeup is for you, not anyone else! Yeah on the flip side my friend is always done up and I always love seeing what she’s gonna be dressed like and what kind of hair/makeup she did! I think it’s fun, I live vicariously through her during these tired new mom days lol

Same! My best friend has always has on a full face when we go out. I love it. She looks great and her makeup skills are amazing. I always love those friends of mine! I wear makeup but not a bunch because I don’t know how to do it. Always appreciate my creative friends that are skilled with makeup Me too but I’m usually the Here Come The Mummies September 9, 2023 Boulder, CO Event Poster shirt What’s more,I will buy this one who looks the best so I’ve kinda just accepted some people don’t mind looking how they are. I just like to present the best version of me at all times This is actually the exact reason I do not wear makeup on a daily basis. I don’t believe in being uncomfortable with my own face solely because I never show it. There’s nothing wrong with your face. The only reason you would be “obvious” or “look ill” is because you are so used to only ever being seen in full face, with zero imperfections. If that’s what you’re comfortable with, then that’s completely fine and your choice of course, but it seems like not feeling able to go barefaced is making you uncomfortable in these situations. This might be a good sign to take this opportunity and think about what you want out of wearing makeup. If you are jealous of your friends ability to be comfortable not wearing makeup, maybe learning to be comfortable being bare faced is something you should work on. Makeup is an art, and a form of expression, and a security blanket for many, but it doesn’t have to be a mask you hide behind if you don’t want it to be.
