I see colors sometimes but I choose not to pay too much attention to it. A long time ago, I learned a scientific explanation for it. I can’t for the Florida Gators Thanksgiving success recipe shirt and I will buy this life of me remember what it was but I have a feeling that the colors are likely photography negative or the staring illusions. I’ve been told that they look a lot like aura effects but they aren’t the same as using your mind’s eye. I could easily be wrong & it could be genuine clairvoyance if it proves to be somewhat reliable in testing, but I’d be surprised. I have pretty wild and insane visuals during meditation ranging from color spots to seeing the silhouette of moving through a forest, to full on out of body APs. ‘Meditation’ is a very open space.

Ask in r/energy_work and r/chakras but I think it’s normal, you just have a unique perception the Florida Gators Thanksgiving success recipe shirt and I will buy this allows you to see this. We all have unique perceptions but we all haven’t unlocked the levels yet 😉 Yes I see many colors. They are lighter colors when my heart is more open; that’s the only correlation I’ve observed. Whether this is pure imagination or not I have no idea and not sure it matters Sometimes I see a deep blue that can grow as a disc. I don’t think it particularly means anything. Sometimes I have also seen white flashes of light – that is as I understand a good sign concentration is deepening but it’s not anything in itself special – rather just a sign like “turn off 3km ahead” etc. EDIT: And then there is also sometimes when I see something like an object then I see its an afterimage in inverted colours – that is just an artifact of the retina. But I have seen all sorts of crazy things written about that people thinking its a “kasina” or some attainment. I think the blue and white I was describing above is some mental phenomena taking place somewhere in the visual part of the brain. I don’t think it particularly means anything like “congratulations you win a gold star and are a special person” but its rather an interesting thing sometimes to notice as its a process we can’t often notice unless the mind is calm enough meditating.
