In the Go Dolphins shirt besides I will buy this late Dr Ainslie Meares method, these colours only occur in the early stages, then they fade to either blue or purple and then one sees nothing during meditation. In the deeper stages the mind has become still and there is little or no mental activity although you dimly know you remain awake. It is afterwards that you know of the calm and rest – sometimes it is profound. I recently did my first Vipassana retreat and in the first 4 days I was overwhelmed with closed eye visuals. So intense sometimes that they rivalled most psychedelic trips I’ve had. Later they shifted to some of the most profoundly beautiful works of art, my mind was just awash with creativity. It was honestly very frustrating because it was very distracting and I also couldn’t recreate them and give them justice since I was in a retreat and didn’t have any art supplies. Luckily they went away eventually. Very strange experience.

Go Dolphins shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I see flashing patterns and colors when meditating, also when falling asleep, but I suppose mushrooms will do this… Not sure that was a wise decision on my part, but it made my brain more interesting I guess. I’ve actually been experimenting with visualization in meditation with interesting results. I’ve seen colors and images, but it’s not usually something I can sustain terribly long. I only see red and black. Mostly it’s red and when it changes to black, it’s kinda a signal for me to stop the Go Dolphins shirt besides I will buy this session or it’s how I have done it always. Physically speaking its starts with the color temperature of your environment. As your eyelids are not 100% blocking. Then once you are meditating you have nothing to focus on so your brain starts to make shit up. I guess it will match your overall energy.
