Also, too much whispering. Everyone talks in whispering. Kudos to the EveryDay Is a Gift Snoopy Shirt Also,I will get this sound mixer, because unlike a lot of new movie I could atleast understand what they were saying. But from a movie perspective, it was off putting. People don’t talk in whispering everywhere. I don’t think this is a bad movie by any means. It’s a solid 5/10 by ME. Totally felt like a wasted potential. I felt the cinematography was so on point, that better writing and screenplay would’ve take this movie to a new level. A lot of the stuff you’re upset about doesn’t bother me because it’s a fictional super hero movie based on an un-real reality If you think the Batman didn’t grow much during this movie, I think you kinda missed the point my friend. At the start he was vengeance – someone to put the fear of god into these baddies but then he realised by the end that he needs to be more than just that if he wants to make a real difference. The Riddler was a great counterpart for a young Batman (Year Two) because he was vengeful too, except he was able to inspire hope in some people who were feeling lost/misguided and we all saw the impact that had at the climax of the movie. If Batman truly wants to make a change in Gotham, he’ll need to be more than just vengeance – he’ll need to be a beacon of hope to the city. This movie is about him realising that. It’s gotten so much bigger than him beating his childhood trauma out on baddies, now he has to inspire hope in the hopeless and give these people something positive to fight for. This movie is too dark, as in GOT s8e3 too dark, goes beyond stylization and just hurts legibility. Also because of the lighting it kinda does the same effect of shaky cam action scenes only with flashing lights obscuring punches.

The chase scene was terrible IMO, really couldn’t follow at all and there’s no sense of geography to the EveryDay Is a Gift Snoopy Shirt Also,I will get this sequence. Definitely drags at the midpoint after the Alfred explosion. Wasn’t captivating enough to distract from the length. The lengths they went to keep it dark really took me out of the movie. Wants to be more realistic and grounded but nothing about the lighting is realistic. They never turn lights on in any room even for crime scenes. All the detectives seem to carry little flashlights because they know they cant turn on the lights. Can you imagine any hospital every being that dark. I am usually pretty good at suspending disbelieve for movies but that was a lot I thought the villains were all extremely underwhelming with the exception of penguin, I never felt terrified by the riddler once during the 3hour movie, the ineffective use of jump scares def didn’t help. And the dialogue was my least favorite part it was so corny that it threw me off quite a bit. I do enjoyed it a lot more when no one’s talking too much because of that and the beautiful cinematography and score that’s why the scene where the bat and the cat parted ways was probably my favorite scene in the movie there were minimal dialogue and their interaction didn’t feel redundant or corny like the rest of the movie. The story also did not do anything for me so with all that Id say tdk is still the king of Batman movies which is kind of a shame because I had really high hopes for this one.
