Hello! I am new to this subreddit so hope I am posting in the Everybody has an addiction mine just happens to be Brett Eldredge shirt in addition I really love this right place. I have an event coming up that is western/rodeo theme and I have been obsessed with this outfit from the Barbie stills/leaked photos for months. Any chance anyone has seen something like this while shopping online? Thank you! The most ludicrous flares (in a good way) that I have seen are from but not with matching vests that is an amazing outfit omg. so cute. I hate to say it but you could probably find something similar on dollskill I can’t be specific but I’d say something that leans more maximalist/very detailed in it’s design while also having elements that are obviously there because of the preference of the wearer rather than the viewer. Odd silhouttes and certain details (drop waists, dresses with pockets, unessecary frills) can often come across this way and are occasionally fashionable; Simone Rocha currently comes to mind. I also follow polychrom3 on IG who just mentioned that she gets catcalled when she’s most dressed down & never in full maximalist mode, & posited it was because she came across as intimidating/unfathomable. Personally, I think there’s a way of dressing that comes across as very involved & opinionated which makes it harder to project onto because it elludes to in time and effort (i.e. story.) Depending on the project, you could also have wear/style an item or moments that are meaningful to you.

I’d look at John Berger’s Ways of Seeing and draw inspiration from there based on what you’re trying to have the Everybody has an addiction mine just happens to be Brett Eldredge shirt in addition I really love this point of the image illustrate. I’m looking for higher-than-crewneck-but-not-quite-mockneck t-shirts. I think the slightly higher/tighter collar gives cool retro vibes. Any recs for t-shirts (specific brands/styles) that might meet this description? Does this style have a name that I can search? Am I insane? How about this one from Cos? It’s not marketed as a mockneck but the neckline does look a bit closer-fitting than your typical crew. Personal item bag for flights sub-$100? Looking for a duffle with a slide over for carry on handles. I’ve looked at the Dagne Dover neoprene duffles but feeling so so about the material pilling and the cost.
