When we become observers of our own thoughts, instead of getting entangled in them, we start the Don’t Mess With The Texas Rangers 2023 World Series Champions Shirt Additionally,I will love this process of healing. It’s not about stopping the thoughts but recognizing them without judgment. That recognition alone can be transformative. All suffering arises from attachment to anything which is impermanent. Everything is impermanent. The only constant is change. Go with the flow to avoid suffering. Go with the flow of Love. Love is the essence of all that is. At the very core, we don’t. Suffering is often self-inflicted only at the surface level of awareness. Don’t let any meditation guru gaslight you. Most of our human suffering comes from a dysregulated internal nervous system. Our nervous system really become dysregulated through our dysfunctional society, which makes it incredibly difficult to get our human needs met. You have to understand the subconscious nervous system to truly understand suffering. Suffering is not your fault. Attachment to outcomes. Trying to control everything. Not staying in the present moment and resistance to what actually is happening in the now.

I think people use this belief because of its utility. If it’s all caused by us then we don’t have an external ‘bad guy’ to worry about it. This gives people peace of mind. That there is order underlying the Don’t Mess With The Texas Rangers 2023 World Series Champions Shirt Additionally,I will love this chaos of the world. That we will solve our own problems eventually. And for many there is great meaning in it. When I hear about people’s beliefs the first thing I look at , is what utility does this idea have for that person. A minor example: if you lie it takes a lot of cognitive effort to keep that lie and later on you can more easily be offended, physical injury hurts more etc, than if someone had not lied and was selfless. One for instance may be seriously afraid of cessation, one dies in suffering etc. One cannot be emotionally upfront with loved ones, later they can’t help us, we isolate ourselves from shame, etc etc etc. Just from a lie. Even a so called “white lie” at work where we like puff up our CV a tiny bit to get a job… then we feel insecure as if we will be found out, we may try to manipulate or control a situation to make us look good, in order to comoensate may take on more than the job requires and be bossy or controlling (since we have already tried to manipulate a situation in the first place) etc… all these are psychological effects that can come from a white lie. If we didn’t lie, and something did not go as expected, well we can be ok with that as that is just nature and we did our best… it is outside our control. Etc. If we lie, we may feel personally we have to control and manipulate that situation or we will be found out etc.
