By keeping basic moral precepts we begin the Encanto Mirabel Disney Cartoon shirt and I will buy this process of finding emotional harmony and insight and psychological well being. By using our brains to think,to produce thoughts that are 90% suffering and a complete utter delusion. There’s actually no such thing as suffering or anxiety we just create a false illusion Through wanting and identifying with things. Resisting whatever the present moment is in favor of what we wish it would be instead. Yes thoughts feed suffering. We are always focused on the past or the future. We miss the now. And it’s those kinds of thoughts that create suffering. We live in worry of what will happen or sorrow over what is gone. We miss the good stuff. You have to be a student of life and learn from the greats before us. Read and learn and evolve. Listen in to this powerful conversation I had with a Spiritual Master who has talked to many spiritual masters for more insights -It was truly so powerful.

A very wise person once told me that we suffer only because we think we shouldn’t. That’s stuck with me for a long time. The late eminent psychiatrist Dr Ainslie Meares believed that it was anxiety that was at the Encanto Mirabel Disney Cartoon shirt and I will buy this root of most problems. Anxiety accumulates when we do not cope well and if we do not allow ourselves to rest our mind in a way that dissolves anxiety. Then, anxiety acts as a distorting emotion that makes us avoid that which adds anxiety. In addition, many actions aimed at reducing anxiety, for example, hiding from social situations are not very effective as we miss out on the benefits of socialisation and can also experience lonliness (which is much worse if one is anxious). However, if we are able to learn to reduce anxiety via a type of meditation in which the mind stills then things are different. There is no instant superhuman cure but, bit by bit the process of change can occur. After Meares’ still mind meditation, one is calmed and can a bit more than before. The process of change begins.
