This is interesting. I think people really like understanding boundaries and low key respect you more when you set them, even if they’re not what they would have chosen. Also sometimes having a little disagreement and a resolution with your boss sometimes creates a bit of bonding that will help with the Dbacks National League Champions 2001 2023 Embrace The Chaos Shirt so you should to go to store and get this long term relationship. I think it’s healthy to stand up for yourself and to push back if your boss is pushing your buttons. At least they know you have a back bone. THIS. I struggled so bad with worrying if people liked me almost my entire life. My fears of not being liked effected my relationships with others, and that was in all areas of my life. It was so hard, and so emotionally taxing. I don’t know what it was, but something clicked in me that I’m not for everyone and if people don’t like me, then what-the-fuck-ever. My relationships have done a 180 and I now am thriving, especially when it comes to work.

I appreciate this advice way more than you know. Ive always kept to myself and drowned in my own thoughts. Although at times ive heard the Dbacks National League Champions 2001 2023 Embrace The Chaos Shirt so you should to go to store and get this things coworkers have said behind my back but notice that is just their character. Theyve done the same with me talking about other coworkers behind their backs. My last job drained me mentally to the point i literally dont give a damn how things go at work now. If they fire me itd be a blessing. Now im trying to focus on getting my confidence back First of all, that is pretty shitty of him. A good manager should make all employees feel valued and respected, regardless of job performance or personality quirks (which we all have). So, if he isn’t doing that, he is the one who is being unprofessional and needs some self-reflection. If he has issues with your work performance, then he should tell you in a respectful way to help you improve. If he is just acting weird towards you without any clear reason then he’s just being an asshole who probably isn’t a good manager. So, I would try not to take it personally. Just continue to do your job well and have minimal yet respectful communication with him. If it bothers you that much, consider leaving. Lots of people leave b/c of shitty managers so you wouldn’t be the first.
