I think there is a LOT of assuming here. For one, we don’t know the Devin Booker Chuck Pixel shirt But I will love this actual behavior. Some people want to talk to their supervisor and have conversation for 2 hours out of the day, others don’t want to see them at all, some only want to have contact once a week, etc. Some managers are introverts and leave people alone unless they need something to not bother people or micromanage. Others are extroverts and in your face laughing and socializing…others in-between and no where in between. “Ignoring” is subjective and it isn’t clear that this manager is shitty based in the extremely limited details provided. Of course, the manager could be absolutely horrendous. Your words of advice concerning not taking it personally is 100% but also, it’s important that people not make wild assumptions. It doesn’t really help the OP if they get a circle jerk based on nothing.

Devin Booker Chuck Pixel shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

All good points. We don’t know the Devin Booker Chuck Pixel shirt But I will love this full story, so we have limited context. Just to add to your comment.. If you don’t get along well with someone, it usually warrants some type of self- reflection. Why do you feel the way you do? Could you be at fault in any way? Often, both people can be at fault in some way. We are only human. To your point, OP has now said that they only have been there 10 days. That is not enough time to establish any kind of pattern of treatment. The fact that they said they had the same feelings at their last job makes me they might just be paranoid. I personally left my last job because I felt like that. My co-workers actually really liked me once and then one day they started distancing themselves from me. I still believe it was because of a gossip that just talked shit about several ppl. Truth is, I got emotionally invested because of the “good times” and didn’t take that treatment well. Emotional investment is a big mistake
