5. Continuing on the Dave Chappelle Memorable Moments American stand-up comedian and actor T-Shirt and by the same token and money front, if we could get enough staff at schools (2 teachers per room) and adequate materials (desks, books, supplies etc.) we could bring schools up instead of having people going for vouchers to get into schools theyre not zoned for. Politicians talk about school choice this and that. How about we bring all the schools up so school choice isn’t sought after as much? 6. More money for everyone. We need living wages. Poverty hurts so many. If everyone had more financial stability, it would help a lot. I’m not an economist, I’m sure there’s all kinds of craziness there and how that would cause inflation or whatever. At the end of the day, if more people had food in their bellies and a roof over their head, mental health would improve and can help with behavior. Now, if a person lives beyond their means, that’s where a different problem arises. Anyway.

7. A four day school week for kids. Teachers could have their Fridays to catch up on grades and parent contacts if they need to or just have a 3 day weekend. I should just say Three day weekends for everyone. The four day work week seems to be a pretty good idea across the Dave Chappelle Memorable Moments American stand-up comedian and actor T-Shirt and by the same token and board. This point could also be counted as 4.3 OK, sorry for going on a rant. I’m not saying it would be easy to implement everything I wrote here. But, I think they’re the things that could help us all. Not just teachers, but society My state has lots of school going to a four day week. The day has to be extended so much that for rural areas, busses on long routes will be out until almost 7:00 pm. Elementary children are showing more behaviors, and nap time is illegal here. Extra recess can’t be done because it doesn’t count as face-to-face instruction time, and it encroaches on teacher prep time. When you look at it, the four day school week is more beneficial to teachers and their own children because of the day off to make appointments. It’s being used as a teacher recruitment tool, and the kids are not seeing much benefit because of the extended day. I remember going to high school in a building without air conditioning. If the dress code is May and September was anything to go by, year round school would have just had swimming suits and axe body spray as summer attire.
