And today should be the CNA Certified Nursing Assistant 3 9 Colors T-Shirt and I love this start of your job hunt, and once you have something else lined up, don’t worry about giving him 2 weeks notice. After all, not having you there to make him money clearly isn’t what he wants, so he’ll be fine without you. My boss has this same attitude. The guy makes $90k+, and his wife makes $100k+. She brings home $10k-30k bonuses that he’s bragged about in the office before. Edit: Then has the gall to say, “Money isn’t everything, guys. I don’t know why you guys constantly complain about money.” Your boss is claiming to you that “money isn’t everything” yet is being very hesitant to give you that raise. Talk about gaslighting indeed. What a classless d-bag. There was a point where I decided myself not to pursue more money, because I saw I had enough to live and to provide sustenance to my family. You should do the same” “You know what boss, you keep giving me raises every 3 months and when I reach the point, I’ll let you know ok?” “Well, sure, I bet when I make your salary, I might feel the same way. How much do you make again? Let’s compare so we can get a good idea of how far I need to go to reach that goal.” I’d straight up be like “oh great so you can give me some of your wage for my raise, glad we could could come to an understanding.”

That’s where you reply with. “That’s why I am asking for a raise. So I can have enough to live and be able to provide sustenance for my family.” I would start to slow my productivity and if the CNA Certified Nursing Assistant 3 9 Colors T-Shirt and I love this boss asks you why your productivity is less respond with, “You know?, as I realized in my time and per our conversation the other day, you were right about money not being everything. There is a point where I decided not to kill myself for my job and save some of my energy to enjoy with my family. Thank you for opening my eyes to the fact that it does my family no service to put more effort here when I should be putting more effort at home!” “I have yet to achieve such enlightenment, but I’m pleased to hear that for you, money is not everything. I assume it’ll be no trouble to approve my raise then?” Once I had a boss griping at me for something and he demanded I follow him into his boss’s office. We get there & my boss points at me and says, “every time I talk to this guy he wants more money”
