I truly go out of my way to earn every star. I want my rating and to reflect that not only did I produce what was promised, but also went above and beyond that expectation. Because Airbnb and Vrbo consider anything under a 5 unsatisfactory and ding the Charlotte Basketball 90’s Style Shirt it is in the first place but host by taking away Superhost under 4.8. This is a challenge for hosts because anything below 5 stars greatly impacts future bookings and visibility into listings. The rating system at Airbnb needs an adjustment. Let’s see, I have 2 bad reviews by guests who didn’t read what they bought and complained about that. Both are still there. Is that fair? One complained that I couldn’t magically pull out a plywood to put under the bed because she wretched her back and thought that the mattress was too soft. (The only guest who ever complained, the same mattress is there, years later with not a single other complaint.) Like where am I supposed to store a plywood? And she stunk up the house with her back cream. Should I have given her a bad review because we had to treat the house to remove the methol smell from the entire house?

My reviews all over the Charlotte Basketball 90’s Style Shirt it is in the first place but Internet is BETTER than my reviews on AirBnB. Why? Because I also am one of the only places that accepts newbies and they don’t know about AirBnB’s screwed up system. End result, I don’t take newbies anymore. I stop taking newbies as well. It seems they usually don’t leave a review at all and if they do, it’s never five star. I don’t understand this. It’s definitely weird. For years, i read review and it something has 200 5* reviews and no lower reviews I avoid it because I know it’s a scam. But for airbnb, it’s the norm and anything bad is whitewashed. So I have no choice to to use booking.com and cross check with real Google reviews. Airbnb thinks this is a smart approach. Booking.com is a worse third party platform. Don’t use that. Look up property managers in the area or book directly with hotels. All 3rd party platforms are shit. Book directly every time.
