For some reason managers take it personally when you’re unhappy thinking it’s them when in reality it could be the Buffalo Bills Unisex Shirt Also,I will get this company in general. I had a friend who just changed jobs and their manager wanted them to stay, but there’s no room for upward movement so they said “we can’t give you a promotion” and he peaced out. Also, this is why I don’t tell people if I’m unhappy it usually just results in someone in HR butting their nose in and then you end up on PIP or fired like I said reactive vs proactive. Like I knew my boss was being reactive to her bosses when she started to gaslight me, but she quit so yay for me, but during that I had to do my best to stay calm. I did some asking around and found out it wasn’t just me she was doing it to either and since I’m WFH I was able to avoid any odd office vibes had I been in the office I think I would have been fired because she was giving me so much anxiety that my roommate picked up on it. Lucky for me he’s fine with listening to me bitch, which you can’t do when you’re in an office. That’s shocking treatment. I contrast these stories with my best boss. She was absolutely awesome. Commanded respect and fair, gave me autonomy, trusted my expertise and pushed just beyond my comfort zone. I learned a ton from her and I have nothing but good things to say about her.

Buffalo Bills Unisex Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

In my last job I really liked my boss and I cried when he quit because I knew we had a good thing and then they replaced him with some crony that the Buffalo Bills Unisex Shirt Also,I will get this new VP brought in. She proceeded to clean out our team for a new staff, but then the VP that brought her on got fired and she’s down to a 2 person crew so for me it was for the best at the time. It was also a company that suffered rev loss post Covid. The thing is I have so many comparable stories with managers that I know when I don’t have a good one so it can make a job way worse. I just think people trying to avoid bad managers may not be able too because I often find the Peter Principle to be real. This is horrible leadership. Any leader worth anything will encourage their staff to do what’s best for them. I tell my staff I want to do whatever I can to keep them around, but if the job isn’t working for them and we can’t make it work, I’m happy to look at their resume, do interview prep, and whatever else I need to do to help them move into a position that would be a better fit. And this is great leadership. My boss was promoted to the role because she’s good at what she did. She’s a terrible people person. She doesn’t even say “good morning” to the team as she walks past them.
